Sukhin I. Differentiated choice of methods of hemostasis and tissues separation in conditions of abdomen inflammatory infiltrate (experimentally-clinical research).

The thesis methods are creating models of chronic combined infiltrate of abdominal cavity. On the basis of histological investigations followed the stages of their formation. The role infected "foreign body" in the development and maintenance of inflammation in the abdominal cavity interorgan intervals. For the first time a study of the possibility of separation parenchyma developed high-temperature methods, followed the course of reparative processes after using the original devices physical effects on tissues and organs of experimental animals and in clinic.The introduction into clinical practice developed algorithms using the phase separation methods of hemostasis in tissue and infiltration of inflammatory conditions of the abdominal cavity allowed to keep most anatomic and functional integrity of the suitability of others, which in turn led to a reduction in the incidence of postoperative complications from 9.9 to 3.0%, postoperative mortality of 1.2 to 0.4%.
