Essay

The author examines the concept, nature and components of labor discipline, the current state of the legal regulation of labor discipline in Ukraine. In terms of comparative law international and foreign experience in regulating relations between the parties related to ensuring proper performance of duties was studied. Significant attention to the methodological foundations of labour discipline was paid, general theoretical research of essence and content of such concepts as right method and method of legal regulation of labour relations was conducted, the characteristics and features of the latter category were highlighted. Based on the available scientific literature proposals and own developments a system of methods of labour discipline ensuring was formed and classified by the seeker. By studying a current state of legal regulation of methods of law and order abidance ensuring in labour relations the candidate makes detailed analysis of education, persuasion, encouragement, enforcement, organizational and economic methods, determines the specificity and efficacy of use of any means of influence on the behavior of employees in Ukrainian realities.
