Object of study - the social justice principle implementing process. The aim - to develop a public administration processes mechanism of the social justice principle through its means relations of production. Methods - systematic approach; benchmarking analogy, analysis and synthesis; structural and logical modeling; economic analysis (structure and dynamics, empirical and logical generalization; organizational design). The practical significance of the results, scientific conclusions and results of the research to the level of specific proposals that may be recommended by the public authorities and public institutions, to ensure mechanism for implementing the social justice principle through its relations of means of production. The scientific novelty of the results is to develop a public administration processes mechanism of the social justice principle through its relations of means of production and the conceptual development, methodological, methodical and organizational support in the government practice. For the first time the social justice realization mechanism governance process, a national innovation enterprise model and methodical approach form to selecting undertakings for the innovative national model enterprise implementation in the individual aspect.
