Essay

Dissertation is devoted to estimation of regularities of impact of technogenic environmental pollution on human generative system, of a scientific justification of development and implementation of conceptual model of managing ecologically caused risk of reproductive disorders in population of industrial territories. As the result of carried out research it was established that prolonged and powerful industrial pollution of Dnipropetrovsk region formed a high level and heterogeneity of technogenic load in all mediums of the environment which on the background of essential micronutrient deficiency is a risk factor for deterioration of reproductive health. It was proved that diseases of the genitourinary system, complications of pregnancy and childbirth, infertility, impairments in menopause and inflammatory diseases of the cervix are ecologically dependent diseases. There were established priority markers of exposure and hygienic determinants of reproductive health for early diagnostics and prediction of pathology of human generative system in terms of multifactorial anthropogenic pollution. In conditions of laboratory experiment pathomorphological mechanisms of embryo- and toxic impact of different forms of metals in their isolated and combined action were revealed. There were developed criterion-significant levels of reprototixant content in the objects of the environment and in the body. Measures on management and minimization of risk of sexual disorders development caused by impact of texnogenically polluted environment were justified.
