Essay

The object of study - involutive changes in the skin, chronic dermatoses (psoriasis, chronic allergic diseases of the skin). The purpose of research - development of algorithms to increase the effectiveness of treatment of men with chronic dermatoses (psoriasis, allergic dermatoses) by bringing to the integrated management of individualized therapeutic interventions aimed at slowing age-related disorders of homeostasis and involutive skin changes. Methods: clinical, biochemical, immunological, microbiological, instrumental, biomicroscopic, sociological, statistical. The correlation between involutive skin changes and age-related disorders of homeostasis in men was found, methods of their correction were worked out. The peculiarities of clinical course, blood circulation, microbial landscape, signs of androgen deficiency, functioning of sympatho-adrenal and vagal-insular systems in men with psoriasis and chronic allergic dermatoses aged 45-64 years were found. The high efficacy of the developed treatment methods of chronic dermatoses were proven. Results of the study are introduced into the practice of the Municipal institution "Kirovohrad regional skin and venerological dispensary", Lviv regional municipal skin and venerological dispensary, Municipal institution "Mykolayiv regional skin and venerological dispensary", Municipal institution "Odesa regional skin and venerological dispensary", Kherson regional skin and venerological dispensary, Municipal institution "Kryvyi Rig municipal clinical hospital No. 8 of Dnipropetrovsk regional council", as well as in the educational process at the Department of Skin and Venereal Diseases of the State institution "Dnipropetrovsk Medical Academy of the MH of Ukraine", at the Department of Family Medicine with courses of dermatology and psychiatry of State institution "Zaporizhzhia medical academy of post-graduate education of MH of Ukraine".
