Dubenko O. Reabilitation of reproductive function of women with infertility and benign breast dysplasia.

The thesis is devoted to studying pathogenic aspects of benign breast pathology in women with infertility to improve the effectiveness of diagnostics and treatment of infertility, a system of diagnostic and preventive measures aimed at restoring reproductive function and prevention of breast pathology. Based on the studies determined frequency and structure of benign breast pathology in women with infertility combined. The dependence of changes in the breast of the type of infertility, the nature of concurrent endocrine pathology (especially thyroid) and from the influence of reproductive function rehabilitation methods. Defined histological, immunohistochemical features, morphological and functional condition of the endometrium, cytological and immunohistochemical changes in brest secret shows their dependence on the type dishormonal changes in the breast considering retseptyvnoshion endometrial proliferative and apoptosis markers and features of the immune system. The features folo homocysteine metabolism and evaluated their diagnostic significance as metabolic markers of growth of tumors. The investigated genes FSHr, IFN, ESR2, defined by the presence of three major mutations in the genes BRCA1 and BRCA2 and defined their role in the formation of breast pathology in women with infertilyty. Scientifically grounded and developed a system of active screening, treatment and preventive measures to improve the reproductive health of women of reproductive function rehabilitation and prevention mamological disease in women with infertility.
