Kushlyk O. The typology of word-building paradigms of derived verbs in Ukrainian Language.

It is stated that investigation of derivatological problems based on forming system as typologizing factor is relatively new in lingual Ukrainian studies, but the importance of gained results is undoubtful as they contribute to system studying of word-forming abilities of this or that lexico-grammatical type of words and within it lexico-grammatical groups, regulate realization of derivational possibilities of forming base and together with the results of formant-centric approach reflect accurately all the intricacy of word-forming system of the Ukrainian language. It is proved that establishing of word-forming paradigmatics of derived words on the basis of generalization of their specific word-forming paradigm as indicators of word-forming potential is the important stage of system investigation of verbal system taken separately and of all motivative basis of the modern Ukrainian language in general. It is elucidated that peculiarities of structure of typical word-forming paradigm of derived verbs continuum of word-forming derivate meanings which complete them, as well as factors causing word-forming verbal abilities are determined by parts-of-speech status of motivative basis, hierarchy of general and partial word-forming meanings of key verbs (they are formed by a definite lexico-semantic group of word-forming bases and by a word-forming way), their sphere of functioning and freguency of use in speaking. Correlation of key derived verbs with predicates of action, process and state plays an important role here as well.
