The object of research - the patterns of structure formation of concrete for massive structures of increased durability by criteria the crackresistance, frostresistance and resistance to carbonisation. The subject of research - heavy concrete of increased durability for massive structures. Purpose - the development of technological bases improving the durability of concrete for massive structures as a system of interrelated factors that are subject to complex regulation and accounting by developing a simulation model of durability. Research methods - infrared spectrometry, thermal analysis, methods of fracture mechanics, finite element method. The novelty - it was developed technological bases ensure the durability of concrete for massive structures with a lifetime of more than 100 years, by determining conditions of formation porosity and providing crackresistance of concrete as a result of comprehensive evaluation its durability; It was proposed of methodology for a comprehensive assessment of the durability of concrete for massive structures by criteria of crackresistance, frostresistance and resistance to carbonisation by simulation of the process of destruction of the protective layer of concrete with microdefects to use of theory of fracture mechanics to evaluation of cracking and data thermal analysis to account for the "effective" porosity of concrete; It was determined of conditions of formation of concrete with extended lifetime, envisaging of structure with a minimum volume of "effective" of porosity with a hydraulic radius of more than 5 nm, whot allows to increase frost resistance, reduce of shrinkage deformation, to increase long-term of crackresistance and reduce the depth of carbonisation of concrete.
