Dissertational work is devoted to the development of theoretic-methodological and applied problems of improvement of consolidation of lands of agricultural purpose. Complex research of scientific foundations of forming new system of land tenure on the basis of consolidation of lands of agricultural purpose is accomplished in the work. Theoretical foundations of essence and methodology of consolidation of lands of agricultural purpose are substantiated. Complex methodological approach as to the essence and role of conservation of lands the economic use of which is economically inefficient is worked out and substantiation of optimal quantity of agricultural lands in Ukraine is performed. Ways and forms of consolidation of agricultural lands are determined. Scientific-methodological approaches of making projects of consolidation of lands of agricultural purpose are worked out. The system of indices of estimation of economic efficiency of project decisions in conducting the consolidation of lands of agricultural purpose is proposed, the methods of formation the limitations in consolidation of lands is performed. The scientific and methodical approaches to development the projects of consolidation of lands of agricultural purpose are formed, they envisage the identification of stages of conducting the consolidation of lands and formation of mechanism of making, consideration and adoption the project.
