Essay

Object - process of theoretical and experimental identification of ligand-receptor recognition of template molecules by synthetic receptors. Aim - development of scientific bases for technology of creation of sensor elements with synthetic receptors with significantly improved stability. Subject - MIP (molecularly imprinted polymers) nanoparticles with maximally homogeneous molecular imprints, availability and a large number of molecule-specific recognition sites. Methods - scientometrical methods using Scopus base; spectrophotometry; dynamic light scattering; surface plasmonic resonance; heterogeneous enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay ("ELISA"). Results - formation and verification of the concept of technology for creation of "synthetic receptors" based on the scientifically grounded technological process of MIPs production using a new type of imprinting on glass microspheres; improved algorithmic model of rational choice of functional monomer in molecular imprinting technology; determined the influence of the type of functional monomer on the yield of synthesized MIP nanoparticles during solid-phase synthesis on the surface with immobilized template molecules; improved the model of the technological process for creation of MIPs with high specificity taking into account additional important factors of influence. Implementation - in scientific practice at Kharkiv Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education in human body fluids investigation; in academic activities at KNURE. Application - the development of sensor devices with molecular recognition systems
