Lytvynenko N. Institutional factors of current development of social-economic system

Theoretical-methodological foundations of assessing institutional factors and determining their influence on the development of social-economic system of the state are formulated; practical recommendations concerning the formation of efficient structure of institutional environment of social-economic system of Ukraine are developed. The norms of institutional environment of social-economic system are pointed out: "physical freedom", "economic freedom", "tolerance" as a social-cultural norm and behavioral disposition, "interpersonal trust", "rent-oriented behavior", and "legal behavior". Theoretical-methodological foundations of assessing the components of institutional environment are developed. It is established that the number of active links between the norms depends on the level of development of the state. The directions of forming the efficient structure of institutional environment of social-economic system of Ukraine are determined.
