Essay

This thesis presents the results of comprehensive research on the theoretical rationale, development and implementation in practice of poultry innovative technology pre-incubation treatment of hens eggs using protective coatings "artificial cuticle", created by the biomimetic principle in order to improve hatchability and safety of young birds, as well as obtaining high-quality poultry products. The proposed technology is "artificial cuticle" for the protection of chickens hatching eggs from unfavorable to the developing embryo and nutrient abiogenous factors based on chitosan, peroxide compounds and catalytically active ultra-, nano-dispersed particles of iron and titanium oxide provides a rate increase egg hatchability at 6,3-20, 3%, stimulates the development of the chick embryo, thus reducing the number of pathogenic microorganisms on the surface of eggs during incubation 98,6-99,03% of control and can significantly improve the safety of young chickens by 2.9%. For the first time in the practice of incubation it is suggested to use to create a protective shell on the surface of a gas-permeable film biocide environmentally friendly substance of natural origin chitosan has a positive effect on the development of the chick embryo.
