Chmutova I. Technological Approach in Bank Financial Management: Implementation Methodology at Life Cycle Stages

The thesis is devoted to substantiation of theoretical and methodological framework of technological approach in bank financial management, development of procedural guidelines and practical tools for its implementation at different stages of bank life cycle. The paper has identified the methodological, financial and economic background for implementation of technological approach in bank financial management and substantiated its theoretical and methodological framework; developed a classification of bank financial management technologies; extended the import of integrated financial management technology; expanded the system of bank financial management principles; developed the concept for shaping bank finances management technologies depending on the bank life cycle stage; built an empirical model for bank life cycle stage identification; formed a set methodological tools to deter-mine dominants of bank corporate and financial strategies depending on the bank life cycle stage; developed procedural guidelines for the choice of technology for operational management of the bank finances with due regard to its development cycles; improved methodical principles for determination of bank readiness for introduction of integrated financial management technology; further developed guiding principles of use of balanced scorecard, benchmarking and financial controlling as integrated technologies of bank financial management subject to bank life cycle stage.
