Vakulenko D. Medical (physical) information system rehabilitation

There was developed a strategy of information technology optimization process of physical rehabilitation, aimed at early detection of disease, acceleration and maximum recovery, compensation for lost functions, patients' return to society and socially useful work. To speed up and improve the process of restoring health after illness and injury and to adapt to life with the loss of some features there was improved physical rehabilitation IT, aimed at optimizing process of diagnostics, decision making, appointment, conducting, control the state of biological systems at different stages. There were studied the results of the proposed use of information technology, proven their objectivity and informational content. The proposed information system will help to ensure doctors, nurses and patients modern information resources of planning process and conducting medical (physical) rehabilitation (the general scheme of the rehabilitation process and in some diseases). The use of the proposed information system will enable to improve the process of physical rehabilitation, promote early detection of premorbid state will help to more effectively plan the diagnostic and therapeutic process. They will be useful for family physicians, pediatricians, cardiologists, neurologists, researchers in sports medicine.
