Zhydyak O. The financial innovative mechanism of the agrarian sector development of the economy of Ukraine

The study is devoted to the scientific grounding of the formation and functioning of the financial innovative mechanism of the agrarian sector development.The thesis researches the economic nature of the financing of the agrarian sector development and its value. The theoretical foundations and conceptual approaches to the formation of the financial innovative mechanism of the agrarian sector development are grounded, its essence and tools are determined and the existing dependencies and directions of its development are reflected. The world experience in the use of financial innovative mechanisms for the agrarian sector development is generalized and the possibilities of its adaptation in Ukraine are assessed. The thesis studies the methodological approaches to the structural-organizational arrangement of the financial innovative mechanism of the agrarian sector development. The formation of financial innovative mechanism of regulation of the agrarian sector development is considered as a component of the financial policy. The financial tools and their impact on the regulation of the agrarian sector development are determined. The impact of the components of the financial innovative mechanism on the agrarian sector development is assessed. In particular, the current trends in giving bank credits to the industrial component of the agrarian sector and tax regulation mechanisms of the business entities development are researched.
