Essay

The thesis presentation logic technology development of psychological preparing of the future psychologist and specific of their implementation in the educational process of higher education. Defined social and psychological determinants of preparing, professional axiological essence integral values, the basic laws of formation axiosphere identity and values integral to the whole and the specific choice of the future psychologist's specialization in the acquirement of professional competencies. Grounded author's definition of psychological preparation of future psychologist technologies, like a landmark integrative models of his professional development, which are based on logical, interconnected, dynamic system psychological effects aimed at updating the personal, professional and social values and professional values integral structuring process of objectification axioconsciousness. The components of the integral value of future professional psychologist determined axiosphere, which determines the value of integrative dominant consciousness and axioidentity of future specialist. The methodological basis of psychological technologies become value-personal approach that significantly focus future psychologist on personal and professional values, outlined the significance of the Other as a subject of future professional activity. Under the provisions of the theoretical approach developed conceptual model of psychological preparation of future psychologist's technologies singled stages and psychological mechanisms. Management algorithm implementation psychotechnologies was to enhance understanding, knowledge and effectiveness of future psychologists respect of values, qualities and values actualized modes of its self-oneself, self-recognition in the personal, professional and social value axiosphere identity. The result of synergy and integration axiosphere led to construction of identity axioms on which, in the structure axiogonsciousness of future specialist crystallized dominant values of each axiosphere: "I am a psychologist", which defined the importance of self in the profession; "I consultant", "I am the coach", "I am a social psychologist", which outlined the importance of professional functionality and its effectiveness; "I-Other, Other-I" that marked the value as a subject for another professional interaction. The establishment of values in the consciousness of future psychologists formed the dominant values marked the appearance in it stable personal education - vocational integral values. The empiric research revealed some positive trends in axiosphere value and integrity of their identity constructs a small part of the future psychologists. But in more than half of the respondents stated abstract, generalized self-understanding and self-acceptance, un formed need of self-recognition himself as a psychologist, low awareness of the importance of personal choice of specialization according to their professional abilities, vague orientation to accept and recognize the value of a partner of interpersonal interaction and so on. Implementation of psychotechnologies revealed a strengthening of dominant values of personal, professional, social axiosphere, development and axioidentity, forming integral value of future professional psychologists. Phased implementation psychotechnologies subject to the logic of the formation of value self-identity allowed to strengthen the integration of axiosphere, improve the meaningfulness of personal values as defining intentions of their integral activate self-interesting and self-respect of the future psychologist, to enhance awareness of his values profession, intensify it needs to understand and accept the Other as the subject of professional interaction. Implementation of psychological preparation of future psychologist's technologies practice in the educational process of the university confirmed the efficiency and effectiveness of their use to promote the integral value of future professional specialist.
