Zhalilo Y. Institutional Determination and Subjectness of Economic Strategies' Creation

An object is the combination of hierarchical relations and network chains between economic agents related to formation of long-term complex goals of expanded socio-economic reproduction and to providing of their achievement at the modern stage of economic systems' evolution. Research purpose - to reveal the factors and trends of evolution of institutional determination of strategic activities of Government and private economic entities, and to elaborate the basics of scientific grounds for inclusive economic development strategy. Methods and apparatus - dialectical, historically-genetic, synthesis, generalization, structurally-functional, integrity of general, specific and unique methods. Theoretical and practical results - on the basis of research of economic reproduction as the initial ground of economic agent's goals setting and activity the substance of economic strategy has been determined, as well as its subjectness and institutional determination regularities at the modern stage of economic systems development. The directions, tasks and instruments of inclusive economic development strategy in Ukraine have been grounded. Novelty - it has been proved that institutional determinants of individual reproduction subjectness realization in functional co-operation of agents determine the ratio of opportunism and inclusiveness in economic system development. Degree of introduction - it is inculcated. Sphere (industry) of usage - by the organs of public administrations and economic agents associations.
