Babintseva L. Theoretical and methodological justification of data monitoring on pharmaceutical market in health care system

The thesis is devoted to justification of medication flow's management system to improve quality of medical care by information technology use. For the first time creation of two information systems: integrated medication management information system (MMIS) and integrated health care system in an integrated medical information area, operating based on the principle of complementarity was justified. Global and technological characteristics of these systems' functioning were introduced. The emergence of the unified system was determined. The methodology of comparing pharmacological impact of generic and original medicines was introduced. The scientific, medical and economic expedience of pharmacogenetic research today is not questioned. Processes of establishing a new organizational structure of postgraduate medical (pharmaceutical) education were introduced and tested. This approach will improve the quality of pharmaceutical services, and health care services in Ukraine.
