Zaporozhchenko M. Pathogenetic substantiation of preventive measures and treatment of proliferative uterine leimyoma in women of reproductive age.

Object - prevention of uterine fibroids (UF), proliferative (without atypia) type in women of reproductive age; goal – develop a set of therapeutic and preventive measures for women of reproductive age, patients with uterine leiomyoma; methods – linical, laboratory, clinical, biochemical, immune-enzyme, polymerase chain reaction, morfogistologichni, histochemical, immunohistochemical, bacteriological, bacterioscopic, tools, hardware, statistics; results – the incidence of UF first studied under the age of 18 years; first studied the frequency of alleles of genes PGR PROGINS, VEGF, eNOS3, COL2A1 in women, patients with UF simple and proliferative type; revealed combined polymorphism studied genes; It found that women with proliferative type UF prevail homozygous mutant alleles of genes PGR PROGINS, VEGF, eNOS3, COL2A1, and significantly increased the number and severity of somatic and gynecological diseases; the first comprehensive assessment of the hormonal status of patients with LM in conjunction with gene polymorphism PGR PROGINS, VEGF, eNOS3, COL2A1 and proved their role in the occurrence of somatic complications; the first comprehensive assessment of changes in the hemostatic system in combination with a gene polymorphism PGR PROGINS, VEGF, eNOS3, COL2A1 with UF and proved their features in different types of fibroids; first held pathogenetic substantiation of complex (given the state of homeostasis of the whole body), a landmark of the primary, secondary prevention and treatment, including - surgery; branch – medicine.
