Essay

The object is processes of IT and system development in subject domains with a fuzzy systemology in conditions of uncertainty and limited resources. The purpose is the development of a methodology for the creation of knowledge-oriented ITs and decision support systems functioning in conditions of uncertainty and limited data and resources. The methods are methods of system analysis, synergetics, graph theory, knowledge engineering, database theory, formal notion analysis, and probability theory. The results are as follows: a limiting-generalization paradigm is formulated as a methodology for the system reconstruction of cognitive sphere sketches on the basis of a synergetic concept of criticality, which allows one to apply it to the development of ITs and systems in subject domains with a fuzzy systemology in conditions of uncertainty and limited resources. Cognitive information systems in a number of subject domains are developed and introduced.
