Object of research - organizational, technological and management processes of construction of high-rise multifunctional complexes in dense urban areas. The purpose of thesis: the development of scientific statements, methodological principles and practical recommendations on the formation, evaluation, substantiation and selection of organizational and technological decisions to build high-rise multifunctional complexes, ensuring the commissioning of projects with specified technical and economic characteristics. Research methods: methods of system analysis was used to generate the assumptions, limitations and hypotheses adopted in the development methods and techniques; methods of expert assessments - to determine the quantitative values of the investigated factors; methods of probability theory and mathematical statistics, correlation and regression analysis - for the selection, processing and initial data analysis, identifying patterns of influence of systematic factors on the studied technical and economic indicators, substantiation of reliability of the obtained results; methods of combinatorial and morphological analysis and synthesis, mathematical modeling, organizational and technological modeling, theory of decision-making - to develop methods for the assessment of the conditions of construction of high-rise multifunctional complexes and substantiation of efficiency of organizational and technological decisions. Theoretical and practical results: the developed method of formation, evaluation, substantiation and selection of rational design and organizational and technological decisions, adapted to the conditions of construction of high-rise multifunctional complexes. Scientific novelty: further development of scientific and methodological principles of substantiation of organizational and technological decisions, adapted to the conditions of construction of high-rise multifunctional complexes in dense urban areas; a further development of the system of organizational and technological, managerial and other factors that accompany all stages of the full life cycle, affecting the performance efficiency of organizational and technological decisions to build high-rise multifunctional complexes; for the first time the regularities of influence of systematic organizational, technological, managerial and other factors on the projected duration and cost of construction of high-rise multifunctional complexes. Level of implementation: in the activity of MO "Institute of General plan of Kyiv", LLC "ALEF-ESTATE", LLC "Dolnik and K", Department of town planning and architecture of Dnipropetrovska regional state administration in the analysis of design decisions and assessing needs for investment projects of high-rise buildings. Application area: the designing of the organization of high-rise construction.
