Lykhach V. Substantiating, designing and implementing intensive technological solutions in pig farming

In this work intensive technological solutions for the pork production farms has been substantiated, designed and practically implemented in the South of Ukraine. It has been found that sows better must be kept in individual machines "type № 2" in the shop of sows reproduction. This connected to the subject where reproductive qualities are increased. Firstly has been designed and tested the equipment for training boars in semen collection phantom, which reduces the duration of training and labor costs. In the shop of farrowing the advantages of the direct fixing machine are more obviouse than the diagonal machine, due to higher indices of piglet productivity. In the growing shop the need of staying weaned piglets in the machine for farrowing for another 7 days has been identified. The feed quality of piglets is increased by using the improved self-feeder. In the shop of feeding, separating growing animals with different stress resistance is an important reserve for increasing the production of pork, its nutritional value and consumer properties. The influence of feed additives has been determined on productive qualities of pigs. The introduced intensive technological solutions provide to obtain additional profit.
