Object: CML, chronic phase. Aim: To increase the effectiveness of treatment of CML patients with tyrosine kinase inhibitors. Established that the mechanism that leads to resistance of cells to the action of drugs targeted actions is to increase the expression of hematopoietic cells PB and BM of transmembrane protein Pgp-170, intranuclear protein Ki-67,oncoprotein Bcl-2, increasing the number of CD34 + - progenitor cells; study results allow to develop new immunological criteria for predicting response to TKI therapy.
