Object: acute myeloid leukemia in doroslyh. Aim: improving the efficiency of chemotherapy and improve the quality of life of adult patients with HML. Identified the most significant prognostic factors for survival in adult patients HML. The strategic directions of treatment depending on the identified risk factors (comorbidity status, advanced age, the expression of CD117 in blast cells and Pgp-170), reasonably feasibility of their implementation. An algorithm for risk stratification adptovanoyi treatment HML. A new way to treat HML in the first-line therapy program FLAG.
