Thesis deals with the patterns of radioactive contamination's formation of groundwater and surface water after the Chernobyl disaster, conditionally drainage systems deactivation. Channel's water secondary contamination factors quantitative assessment had been done. Water exchange and water balance alteration impact on groundwater contamination had been determined. Share of 90Sr carry out by groundwater to channels varies from 0,22-2,5% in the high-water years (1998-2000) to 20-35% in the forthcoming low-water ones. During the years of low and intermediate waterity share of 90Sr carry out has reverse relationship to square of drainage system on a catchment area, - and ordinal relations in high-water years. For the first time determined that shaping of 90Sr in the aquatic environment close depends on components of water balance or flow. Rate of groundwater self-cleaning from 90Sr had been determined. Self-cleaning constant reach up 2,55±0,07 year-1. For the first time established by the statistic techniques a high role of microdepressions in formation of 90Sr aquatic carry-out volumes. The method of concentrations and aquatic carryout of contaminants on basin level forecasting, based on regression relations on hydrodynamic, hydrochemical and constant landscape indicators, which determined the retaining function of a catchment, had been approved. Based on developed patterns, a strategy of access with drainage systems in the zones of anthropogenic radioactive contamination, designed.
