Essay

Object of study: the formation of innovation system development of food industry in the context of the development of the national innovation system. Objective: To deepen the theoretical and methodological provisions forming innovative system of food industry in the context of the development of the national innovation system and justify the conceptual principles of construction of model of innovative development of the food industry. Methods: historical and logical, dialectical, monographic, abstract and logical, strategic analysis, statistical assessment, grouping, comparative, index, rating assessments graphic. Scientific novelty: the first conceptual position functioning innovation system development of the food industry, disclosed the essential content-laws of formation of innovative niche markets, a business model and architecture for its implementation in the innovation system of the food industry; improved methodological principles to ensure the effectiveness of innovation processes in the food industry, the innovative concept of crisis management in economic systems, conceptual approaches to multi-innovation processes in the food industry in terms of the definition of "disturbing innovation".
