The entrepreneurship is defined as the style of economic activity; the method of market subjects' interaction; the specific type of activity, requiring the constant realization of searching direction; the process of organizational innovation, etc. The conceptual bases of enterprising activity are revealed; the system of pedagogic conditions as complex formations, providing the development of enterprising competence, is presented. The methodic system of enterprising competence's formation and development and the system's model are presented; the contents of methods, mechanisms and factors of the effectiveness growth of the investigated process under conditions of professional training is grounded.
