Essay

Thesis is dedicated to solving an important scientific and technical problem of development of scientific and technical foundations for creation of new generation machines with mechatronic modules for group packing on the basis of synthesis of their structure. The work describes a modern view of theoretical and practical foundations of creation of functional mechatronic modules and methodology of formation of new generation equipment for group packing with widened functional abilities. A scientific concept of equipment design for group packing from mechatronic modules with given conditions of use has been suggested and realized that gives a chance to create new examples of packing machines of the highest intellectual level on the basis of developed structural columns of technological processes of group packing, functional and structural schemes and justified criteria of their performance efficiency. The results of theoretical research have been used in applied aspect of their implementation – synthesis and analysis of functional and structural schemes of machines with meachatronic modules of lifting, dipping, displacement and collision of structural elements of group package. The results of the work have been implemented in production during design of new packing equipment and modernization of the existing one at the following enterprises: “Festo” subsidiary, “Inta” ltd, “Thermopack” ltd, “Elopack” ltd.
