The thesis is devoted to the enhancement of the treatment efficiency of the patients with psoriasis and eczema, taking into consideration the accompanying digestive system pathology through the introduction into clinical practice of modern methods of diagnosis and development of new integrated therapies, including adjustment of related disorders of the gastrointestinal tract and hepatobiliary system on the background of basic therapy. The absolute majority of the patients with psoriasis and eczema were diagnosed with concomitant gastroenterological diseases. There were developed pathogenesis-based therapies of patients with psoriasis and eczema with concomitant diseases of the digestive system, providing differentiated complex treatment in addition to standard Helicobacter therapy (Pantoprozol + Clarithromycin + Amoxicillin) aimed at the eradication of Helicobacter pylori-infection - hepatoprotective (Geptral) and measures to restore intestinal microbiota. The proposed therapeutic measures significantly contribute to enhancement of the clinical efficacy of the treatment, prolonging the remission period, reduction of the dermatitis recurrence, eradication of the Helicobacter pylori-infection and normalization of the functional state of the liver and intestine. In addition, after the completion of the therapy the patients stopped to raise complaints of dyspeptic and asthenovegetative character.
