Essay

The object of study - the processes related to the creation and improvement of freight cars, their research and effective use of the various stages the life cycle. The aim of the study is to address relevant and important scientific and applied problem - the development of theoretical positions, methodological foundations and practical means of creation and use freight cars, namely the improvement of the competitiveness domestic railcar and services of rail transport companies, and reduce the cost of the renewal the freight cars and railway trucking. In carrying out the study used the theory of reliability and modern methods of mathematical statistics; the theory of the development technical systems and of inventive problem solving; theory of multilevel hierarchical systems, methods of morphological and functional-cost analysis; methods of non-linear and geometric programming, design methods of modern vehicles and their experimental studies; methods of mathematical experiment planning. The work for the construction of freight cars for the first time: designed idealistic-directed concept of development, proposed variational description of designs have been proposed structural-functional models, produced a complex multifactorial mathematical relationships for the basic and advanced elements. Got further development: theoretical and experimental knowledge base on the operation of freight wagons, the methodological basis of their feasibility studies. Improvements: methodological bases of designing freight wagons, scientific substantiation of the potential directions and management models to improve their effectiveness. The main practical results of the thesis are: - develop recommendations for reducing the time and costs associated with the creation and formulation of new models of freight cars on the production; - developed, tested experimentally embedded into production at PrJSC "DMZ" and put into operation in the networks of railway gondola model 12-9904 and 12-9904-01; - developed and adopted for consideration and adoption by the branches of "PVRZ" and "DVRZ" PJSC "Ukrainian Railways", PJSC "VSW" SE "UkrNDIV" recommendations for improving the designs of freight cars and their technical evaluation; - developed software to determine the rational characteristics of the implemented components of freight wagons and their computer simulation models, which are used in the above-mentioned companies; - patented design of freight wagons. Materials of the thesis are also used in the educational process of the State Economic and Technological University of Transport. Scope - rail.
