Essay

The thesis analyses the problem of objective law, defines its theoretical and applied principles. It also analyzes the theoretical and methodological approaches to the study of objectivity law, doctrinal interpretations of law in the context of its objectivity. The author proposes copyright law definition of objectivity based on the ideal nature of law as a regulatory subsystem phenomenon of culture and form of social consciousness.
