Essay

The object of this research is the process of managing the development of machinery-building enterprises with a strategic perspective. Objective: to establish theoretical, methodological and scientific principles, develop conceptual approach and provide practical recommendations regarding the management of developing machinery-building enterprises oriented at strategic perspective. Research methods: historical method; dialectical method, theoretical generalization; abstract logic, system analysis; financial and economic analysis; analysis, synthesis, deduction, induction, economic and mathematical modeling; cluster analysis; analytic hierarchy process. Suggested: it is for the first time that a methodological framework is established and theoretically substantiated in terms of managing the development of machinery-building enterprises with a strategic perspective, as well as the mechanism of managing the development of a machinery-building enterprise, methodological approach to managing the development of a machinery-building enterprise on the level of mission and vision. Improved: methodological approach to assessing the state of an industry based on integrated assessment; methodological approach to assessing the influence of the environment on a machinery-building enterprise performance; methodological approach to comprehensive assessment of the degree of a machinery-building enterprise development based on integrated assessment; methodological approach to managing the development of an enterprise on the level of managing the aspects of a machinery-building enterprise performance; methodological approach to managing an enterprise development on the instrumental and methodological level; methodological approach to managing an enterprise development on the institutional level of the suggested conceptual principles; productivity development scenarios based on cognitive modeling of cause-and-effect relationships of the system elements; strategies of raising the level of manufacturing and consumption ecologization based on forming a cognitive model. Further developed: conceptual framework of the theory of enterprise management and development; definition of "strategic perspective" in the context of enterprise development management; substantiation of the need to assess an enterprise's readiness for changes on the basis of scoring senior executives' personal data; establishing interdependence of an enterprise's high performance and its effective development on the level of performance aspects. The practical significance of the work is determined by the implementation of the results in industrial enterprises activities.
