The object of the research is the socio-economic processes create value on industrial enterprise. The purpose of the dissertation is a theoretical-methodological and scientific-practical rationale for managing the process of value creation in the enterprise based on a process-polysubject approach and the development of relevant scientific and methodical providing for the implementation сonsonance axiogenesis oriented to customer satisfaction (for example machine-building enterprises). Research methods: analysis and synthesis; historical analysis; grouping; comparison; surveys and expert assessments; cognitive-semantical analysis; statistical analysis; economic-mathematical modeling; phenomenological analysis; classification; theory of games.
