Essay

The thesis is the first comprehensive study of transitivity problems in the legal sphere. The thesis reveals the content and justifies the role and importance of social transitions in the development of the legal system of society in historical and contemporary perspectives. The entities of legal transitions are identified. The peculiarities of the legal transitions in the context of the independent Ukrainian are examined. The basic vectors of the law transitivness are determined, such as the continuity, discontinuity and innovation of law, which are closely linked and create a phenomenon of law dynamics.
