Essay

Basing on comparative analysis of clinically-psychological, pathopersonological and clinically-psychophenomenological features of patients with somatoform disorders (SFD) and psychosomatic illness (PSI) and conditionally healthy volunteers, the concept of psy-chophenomenological profile (PPP) as two-directed module of psychotherapy standardiza-tion and personalization was formed.Developed 4 PPP types: isolated, combined, imperfect, parity. Formed metaparadigmal model of sententially-semantic intervention in psychother-apy competence field, basing on identified intrapsychic mechanisms (IpM), or modus: endoverbal transformation; ideatory-associative, affective, cognitive-gnostic modus, and mnestic archive. A cluster taxonomy of existing methods of psychotherapy was formed basing on IpM appellations. Psychopathogenetic models for SFD and PSI was built and compared from position of psychotherapy. mClinically-psychophenomenological features of patients with SFD and PSI was de-tected, analyzed and quantificated. Developed complementary to psychotechnical component psychophenomenological component of psychotherapeutic diagnosis, containing conclusion about the individual pro-portion of psychophysiological constants and personality characteristics or its transforma-tion, alteration, presence of pathological psychophenomena, as well as the direction and de-gree of nozospecific pathopersonological transformation. Proved, that the second part of psychotherapeutic diagnosis should consist psy-chofenomenologcial (type of PPP nozospecific transformation) and psychotechnical (com-plementary description of congruent psychotechnical arsenal (congruent cluster of psycho-technics) and the recommended clinical psychotherapeutic effect-syndrome) components.
