Essay

The thesis is devoted to the elaboration of scientifically substantiated methodical approaches in planning of schedule of reception of patients by dentists- orthopedists, the determination of the fixed time of its beginning, duration and completion, as well as the improvement of the system of accounting and estimation of work of these specialists on the basis of the fixed actual doctor's work expenditures, according to data of time keeping of clinical process of orthopedic aid in the complete correspondence to its type, volume, structure and medical and technological method of denture production. The complex system of the differentiated planning of the working day of dentists at orthopedic reception with the statement of the fixed time of invitation of patients to the reception, its duration and end was elaborated. The time keeping measurements of the duration of the clinical process of additional, still unstandardized in this country, 20 types of orthopedic aid by 35 dentists in 9 stomatological clinics during 114 days were completed. The departmental standards of time and the conditional work units of dentist for 20 types of orthopedic aid, in addition to the present ones, were elaborated. The worked out methodical approaches of the determination of the duration of clinical stages of denture production can also be applied in full degree in other stomatological fields if the elaboration of the system of the differentiated invitation of patients to the clinical reception is required.
