Dissertation is sanctified to the complex decision of important problems of scientific ground and apparatus registration of continuous process of mixing of water and alcohol in the conditions of alternating impulses of pressure. Results, that extend an idea about processes that take place at molecular level in water-ethanol, got in process : hydration, association, structure - and clathrate for-mation, allowed to get water-ethanol with the improved physical and chemical and organoleptic parameters. Scientifically reasonably, it is worked out, technology of receipt of water-methanol is experimentally confirmed and inculcated with application of continuous method of mixing of water and alcohol in the conditions of alternating impulses of pressure.
