This thesis is devoted to the fundamental principles of reputation management in companies, and the development of its methodological and quality assurance. Thanks to the results of the research, a conceptual approach was developed to build reputation management systems on the basis of the "antifragility" concept through decentralization of enterprises' reputation management and stepping up cooperation with key stakeholders. The development of methodological foundations of a National rating of reputation management quality, methodological tools for evaluating reputation and identifying the reputation management model enabled the rationalization of current methodology as well as the tools for diagnostics of reputation management in companies and, as a result, to carry out research tasks. The functions system of reputation management and the system of reputational characteristics were developed, according to which common manifestations of companies' reputation were systematized. Furthermore, the substance of functions of a professional in the field of public relations in organization management as the basis of professional requirements and training program in the field of public relations in universities was elaborated. Ideas like a methodical approach to the building of organizational structures of highest level business processes of "Reputation Management" in a company were proposed in this paper, as were strategies of reputation antifragility formation, control over reputation management systems, mechanisms of reputation management and the influence of a company's reputation on financial and economic results which rely on such a key characteristic of reputation as antifragility.
