The dissertation is devoted a decrease problem frequencies infringements to reproductive function women with pyoinflammatory diseases of appendages of a uterus. On a basis studying clinical, functional, endocrinological immunological and microbiological features , and also working out and introductions algorithm forecastic, diagnostic, treatment-and-prophylactic and rehabilitation actions. New links of patogenesise various forms of pyoinflammatory diseases of appendages of uterus are found out age aspect on basis correlation communications of condition of system hemostasis and degree destraction the amazed bodies of small basin. It is shown that the clinical current is most expressed at the age of 18-25 years, and degree destraction fabrics - after 35 years. The comparative aspects hemostasiological, immunological, endocrinological, microscopic and bacteriological changes are shown at patients with pyoinflammatory diseases of appendages of uterus before and after various variants of surgical treatment. The expediency of use of scale SAPS is scientifically proved at an estimation of clinical current of various forms of pyoinflammatory diseases of appendages of uterus, and also forecasting value of separate indicators of this scale. The influence of various forms and methods of treatment of pyoinflammatory diseases of appendages of uterus on methods of restoration of reproductive function are shown, and also on clinical current of pregnancy, labours, condition newborns at the subsequent pregnancy. The received results have allowed to prove scientifically necessity of improvement forecasting, the treatment-and-prophylactic and rehabilitation actions directed on decrease of frequency of infringements of reproductive function, obstetrical and perinatal complications at patients with various forms from pyoinflammatory diseases of appendages of uterus.
