Essay

In dissertations was studied the clinical and pathogenetic features of platelet and plasma hemostasis in women with different risks and different forms of coronary heart disease (CHD) with regard of hormones and developed predictors of adverse events and impact of antiplatelet and anticoagulant therapy, the influence of low levels of estradiol and progesterone on the basic parameters of hemostasis in women with stable CHD and acute coronary syndrome (ACS) in postmenopausal women. It was studied platelet and plasma hemostasis in women with risk of acute and chronic forms CHD, the peculiarities of the impact of reduced kidney function, the parameters of vascular-platelet hemostasis in women with ACS.
