Essay

The dissertation proved the theoretical and methodological design principals of a cloud-oriented learning environment of а comprehensive educational establishment (COLE CEE), continuous and intensive development of ICT learning environment of CEE in XXI century, carried out the analysis of a terminology system, worked out the concept of COLE CEE, determined the main components of COLE CEE (spatial and semantic, meaningful and methodical, organizational and communicative, target); developed the basic models of COLE CEE for an educational process; substantiated the methodical principles of COLE CEE design for an academic mobility of subjects’ study and the factors of their efficiency; defined a factor and criteria model of IC competence based on the recommendations of UNESCO (2013); determined a position of the subjects of training for the implementation of COLE in an educational process by the method of semantic differential; developed the methodical principles of a use of COLE to intensify the students’ learning activities; experimentally checked the effectiveness of the principals of the designing and use of COLE in an educational process of secondary schools. The overall results of the experiment confirm the thesis set out in the basic and partial hypotheses and are a foundation for a conclusion that the theoretical and methodological basis of designing of a cloud-oriented learning environment of a comprehensive educational establishment developed by the author are effective and deserved to an implementation in an educational process of secondary schools.
