Bikulov D. Formation of resources supply for development of a local self-government in Ukraine

The dissertation solves an important scientific problem of conceptual explanation of directions and activities of expansion of resource sources base for local government development. Institutional, economic, organizational structure of local government in Ukraine and in the world is investigated herein. Domestic and international historical experience of local government development, its resource base formation and resources implementation for its development are generalized. Terminological and categorical apparatus in the theory of local self-government in the context of gathering and implementation of social, private and local resources are improved. The main sources of local government revenues in Ukraine and potential directions for their development are defined. The elements of game theory are proposed for collegial decisions by representative bodies of the local government.
