Babichenko V. Corporate finance in the information economy: determinants and priorities of development in Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to the justifying of theoretic and methodic principles and pragmatic positions of corporate finance functioning in the information economy. The output category of corporate finance is defined; ways of transformation of corporate strategies in the information economy are established. The peculiarities of institutionalization of financial accounting at the current stage of development are disclosed. The determinants of genesis of corporate finance on the global level are determined, the role of information in corporate financial management is characterized, and the nature of conflict of state financial strategy and corporate financial strategies is researched. The peculiarities of information component of national model of corporate governance in Ukraine are established, the influence of transparency level on the financial activity of domestic corporations is determined and the usage of tax levers on the corporate finance is analyzed. The practical recommendations concerning the improvement and modernization of corporate financial management in Ukraine on the basis of informatization determinants of global economy are developed.
