Klimenko O. Features of the institutionalization of social protection of children in situations of crisis in modern Ukrainian society.

Object: Social protection of children in crisis situations. Purpose: conceptualization of the features of the process of institutionalization of social protection of children in crisis situations in the modern Ukrainian society. Methods: term definition of concepts and interpretation, analysis, synthesis, comparison, modeling, analogy method, analysis of documents, questionnaires, in-depth interviews, analysis of the print media and Internet publications, a secondary analysis of sociological data. Theoretical and practical results: Select the features that characterize the specificity of the process of institutionalization of social protection of children in crisis situations in the contemporary Ukrainian society; developed a sociological concept of institutionalization of social protection of children in crisis situations, the main provisions of which are formulated on the basis of a combination of socio-cultural, socio-economic, socio-psychological and socio-pedagogical approaches; proposed categorical conceptual apparatus of sociological studies of institutionalization of social protection of children in a crisis situation; the peculiarities of the functioning of the mechanisms of formation of the atypical nature of the flow childhood in crisis situations. Novelty: conceptualization of the features of the process of institutionalization of social protection of children in crisis situations in the modern Ukrainian society. Degree of implementation: the main theoretical and empirical provisions of the dissertation are used in the teaching of subjects "Sociology", "Current models of cultural policy" and "Fundamentals of modern cultural policy" in the Kharkiv State Academy of Culture. The proposed theoretical conclusions on changing principles of children's affairs services and management of social protection have been used by the Regional branch of the National Institute for Strategic Studies under the implementation of the research project "The effectiveness of local government: cooperation and responsibility" and for writing the analytical report.
