Thesis research is devoted to the development and complex analysis of theoretical and practical civil issues of contractual obligations in the sphere of medical services. Genesis of the origin and development of contractual obligations in the sphere ofmedical services was researched; the theoretical analysis of legal regulation of relations with the provision of paid medical services and their characteristics was conducted; the content of contracts for medical services, in particular thespecific features of the subject of separate contracts for medical services was analyzed.
