Orlenko O. Theoretical and methodological foundations and applied functioning of the cereal industry of Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to theoretical and methodological and applied functioning of the cereal industry of Ukraine. The economic essence and categorical - conceptual apparatus of the cereal industry have been explained; the structure, functions and main directions of development have been considered. The role of cereal products in the population nutrition and in ensuring food security of the state has been shown. Socio-economic need and prerequisites for the formation and development of the cereal industry, as an independent institution on the basis of integration and problem solving of the grain and cereal crop subcomplex and cereal products market have been grounded and explained.
