The thesis is devoted to substantiation of theoretical and methodological foundations of improving the budget system of Ukraine in the context of globalization. Using scientific tools of economic theory and financial science the essence of the budget system as an object of study, the evolution of scientific views on the issues of the budget system in the global and domestic financial science, the features of the transformation of the national budget in the context of globalization. The stages and areas of transformation of the budget system of Ukraine, studied the transformation of its institutional architecture under the economic globalization and global convergence.
