3.Theoretical generalization and new solution of scientific problems, manifested in establishing patterns of sowing beets first and second years of life and developing the technology of cultivation in the conditions of the central steppes of Ukraine by identifying features of growth, development and productivity of plants depending on hydrothermal conditions of the growing season, seeds of hybrid optimization, timing and methods of sowing, fertilizing and methods of forming the generative seed of sugar beet. Theoretically substantiated and developed the basic elements of mother beet growing technology, timing and methods of sowing, seeding rate and seed. For the first time reasonably and found ways to control the formation beet crop in the second year of life through local, the stages of organogenesis, fertilizing dense planting, mint, additional components crossing pollination World Cup hybrids. Found that was chasing more efficient pollinators and seed just two extra triple pollination during flowering seed. Based on the studies improved method for accelerated breeding hybrids of sugar beet. The regularities of formation of productivity in sugar beet seed-link hybrid-adaptive technology. Between the yield structure elements and hydrothermal conditions and the impact on productivity investigated factors have some correlation, which can control the production process culture.
