Kocharian I. Macroeconomic planning in the management of higher education system of Ukraine

Object: a process of macroeconomic planning and forecasting in higher education. Purpose: To develop theoretical and methodological foundations and practical recommendations on macroeconomic planning in the management system of higher education in Ukraine. Methods: The method of analysis and synthesis, classification, systematization of comparative characteristics, method of structuring purposes, graphically-visual method regulatory logical analysis, methods of economic and statistical and economic-mathematical modeling. It is offered: first: the concept of macroeconomic planning and forecasting in the management system of higher education in Ukraine; the methodical approach to model building space management system of higher education; the methodical approach to the planning of training in higher education; it is improved: methodical approach to identify organizational needs of the national economy for specialists with higher education; scientific and methodical approach to the definition of social needs in higher education by constructing forecasting functions for estimating the number of potential entrants; conceptual approach of improving the regulatory state policy in the field of regional higher education; model planning training at sectoral level (sphere of culture and art); methodical approach to increasing training capacity of higher education institutions; monitoring system of training capacity of higher education; gathered subsequent development: categorial and terminology by the interpretation of the concept of the definition "macroeconomic planning and forecasting of higher education"; approach to the analysis of higher education as an economic activity.
