Ledin D. Contraception at women with extragenital pathology: preventive maintenance of not planned pregnancy and infringements of reproductive health.

The dissertation is devoted problem of decrease in frequency and a step of expressiveness of infringements of reproductive and somatic health at use of various methods of contraception at women with extragenital pathology on basis of working out and introductions of algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions. The scientific substantiation of possibility of use of hormonal contraception at women with vegeto-vascular dystonia, autoimmune thyreoidite, diseases of a liver and biliary ways, and also with chronic pyelonephritis is presented. New pathogenetic aspects inflammatory, dyspeptical and neuroendocrinological complications, and also by-effects intrauteral and hormonal contraception at women with somatic disease on basis of an interrelation establishment between clinical, endocrinological, hemostaziological, immunological and biochemical changes, and also a condition biocenose of vagina are established. The scientific substantiation of possibility and efficiency complex uses of hormonal contraception and herbal medicine at women with somatic disease for decrease in frequency of by-effects and the prevention of deterioration of a clinical current extragenital is presented a pathology. The obtained data has allowed to prove scientifically necessity of working out of new algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions for decrease in frequency of not planned pregnancy at women with extragenital pathology.
